Two Broad and comfortable Holiday apartments (both with 4 stars, 80 and 110 m2) nearby the center of Kaiserslautern.
The 500 years old mill is placed in the midst of forests, pastures and waters at the border to the natural preserve „Pfälzer Wald“.
You can visit the wellness bath Monte Mare Freizeitbad (Sauna, swimming pools, wellness) in the neighbourhood and the huge Cinema UCI-Kinowelt .
If you're interested in soccer, you'll find the FCK-youth-training centre nearby.
It takes you just 3 minutes by car to the swimming pool "Waschmühle", which has the largest official swimming channel of Europe with 250 meters and a 10 meters tall tower.
Hiking and biking trails are starting just in front of our property,
and in the case you like to cool down after doing sports,
you'll find a
kneippism-bath on our ground.
Additionally, we have two smaller lakes on our 14 hectare big property, the Eselscreek and lanes and benches, which invite to pause.
You are the only guests in our new 85 & 110 sqaremeters big holiday appartements for 6 persons (max.).
You'll have Satellite-television, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1
nursery with 2 single beds. The modern kitchens with dishwasher,
freezer and chimney is separated by a bar from the living room.
Firewood from our own forests can be bought from us.
Additionally there is bath with a shower and a washing machine (including dryer) and an additional bath for guests. In front of the apartments are you're own parking places and separated entries to your apartments.
Enjoy the time at your barbecue place beside the creek in the summer and watch you're children playing in the garden.
Our ground is a Paradise for Families, children and those who love loneliness.

After paying 20% of the total costs booking is binding.
The rest of the sum has to be paid 14 days before arrival.
The deposit is paid cash on arrival, and will be given back on departure.
75% of the total sum has to be paid by declining within 14 day before renting if we can´t find a substitute.
If you want to stay for longer terms (1 month and more) the price is open to negotiation.
We accept no cheques for payment!

5 minutes by car to the new Monte Mare adventure bath with the biggest sauna world of Europe.
